Everything starts with your input. Whether you have rough hand sketches, reference photos, or finished CAD data (STEP/IGES), we meet you exactly where you are. In a brief kick-off meeting, we discuss your goals, your target audience, and the desired look. We clarify technical requirements and define the timeline.
2. Your path to a digital twin.
This is where the foundation is laid: our 3D artists create the digital twin, a physically accurate digital replica of your product. We handle precise 3D modeling and texturing. Surfaces are given realistic properties: metal shines, wood gains texture, and fabric drapes with natural folds.
3. The staging & your feedback.
This is where it gets exciting. We bring the digital twin to life. We test different camera angles, create custom lighting moods, or build complex 3D environments. Whether you need color variations at the touch of a button or a dynamic 3D animation to explain features – everything happens in close coordination with you. With regular previews, you stay in the loop at all times.
4. Your content. Ready for the world.
Once you give the green light, we render the final product images and animations on our internal render farm. This ensures you receive your media on time and in the format you need. Since CGI eliminates the need for complex logistics, travel, or set construction, its carbon footprint is extremely low compared to traditional photography. We cover the energy requirements of our computing power entirely with green electricity and offset remaining emissions by supporting the NABU.
You will typically receive a detailed quote within 24 hours of providing all necessary information. Our quote is non-binding and serves as the basis for project planning. Feel free to get in touch!
For 3D models and visualizations, CAD data, blueprints, sketches, photos, or detailed descriptions are helpful. For animations, we also need information regarding the desired sequence and whether you would like a voiceover.
Once the quote is accepted, we begin with data preparation and modeling. This is followed by initial drafts for your review, detailed refinement, final renderings, and, ultimately, the handover of the completed data.
The duration depends heavily on the complexity and scope of the project. Smaller visualizations can take a few days, while complex animations may take several weeks.
You will regularly receive preview images or sequences for approval before we move into the final rendering phase.
Common image formats include JPG, PNG, TIFF, or native PSD files. For animations, we provide files in MP4, MOV, or other standard video formats, depending on your requirements. Raw 3D data can also be provided upon request.
Full usage rights for the final products transfer to you upon receipt of full payment.
Costs vary depending on the effort required for modeling, the complexity of the scene, the level of detail, the number of views or sequences, the length of the animation, and the resolution.
